HW Community est n\u00e9e d\u2019une conviction forg\u00e9e au sortir de la crise sanitaire : la performance des actifs (bureaux, r\u00e9sidentiel, h\u00f4tellerie ou logistique) d\u00e9pend d\u00e9sormais d’un pilotage plus fin, capable de r\u00e9concilier la strat\u00e9gie financi\u00e8re et la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de l\u2019usage<\/b>.<\/p>

Nous avons voulu supprimer les silos entre la finance et l’exploitation<\/b> pour transformer la gestion immobili\u00e8re en une discipline de pr\u00e9cision.
